This Return Policy explains refunds, exchanges, and satisfaction guarantees for digital healthy eating guides sold by Fitnesstendon through fitnesstendon.ddd.

Digital Product Nature

Our products—the Weekly Meal Blueprint ($24.00), Macro Mastery Workbook ($18.50), Pantry Reset Kit ($32.00), and bundle packages—are delivered as downloadable PDF files. Because delivery is instant and content can be copied upon download, refunds are evaluated under the conditions below.

Fourteen Day Satisfaction Window

If you are not satisfied with a guide within fourteen calendar days of purchase and have not substantially duplicated or distributed the content, contact help@fitnesstendon.world with your order confirmation. We will review your request and, when eligible, issue a full refund to the original payment method within ten business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be declined if more than fourteen days have passed, if you received free seasonal update packs included with your license, if fraud or chargeback abuse is suspected, or if you violated license terms by redistributing materials.

Technical Delivery Issues

If download links fail or files are corrupted, contact us within seven days. We will resend files or provide alternate access at no charge. Persistent technical problems qualify for a refund regardless of the fourteen-day window.

Bundle Purchases

Bundle orders priced at $62.00 for all three guides may be refunded in full within fourteen days if none of the files were accessed, or partially refunded if only specific items were unused, at our discretion based on fair use.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchases.

Exchanges and Upgrades

We do not offer direct exchanges between digital products. If you purchased the wrong guide, contact us within fourteen days; we may apply your payment as credit toward another Fitnesstendon product when appropriate.

Free Content and Samples

Complimentary sample pages or promotional downloads are not eligible for refunds. Paid upgrades from samples follow standard purchase rules.
